Membership Terms & Conditions
Each person making an application for membership with Film Address:

• Confirms that all statements made in the application are true and are correct at the time the application was lodged.
• Consents to Film Address seeking verification of any of the statements made in the application.
• Acknowledges that Film Address has the right to refuse an application for membership and is not obliged to offer reasons or explanation.
• Confirms they have read the Privacy Policy Statement.

Terms and Conditions of Membership
Personal Information & Notices of Unavailability
The Member agrees to keep their personal information and notices of unavailability current either by sending notification of changes to the Customer Service details below or by making changes themselves online at www.filmaddrss.com using their member login and password.
Retraction of Membership by Film Address
The Member agrees that Film Address has the discretionary right to retract the membership of a person at any time. Film Crew Victoria will send written notification of intention to retract a person’s membership seven (7) days prior.
Cancellation of Membership by Member
The Member agrees to give seven (7) days notice of their intention to cancel their membership and to send such notification to the Customer Service details below. Seven (7) day notice is required to allow Film Address sufficient time to reconcile the Members’ account.
Privacy Policy Statement
At film address, information is the cornerstone of our ability to provide superior service and our most important asset is your trust. Consent
By submitting your application for membership to Film Address, you acknowledge that you have read this Statement and understand and consent to the use, storage maintenance and disclosure of your personal information as detailed in this Statement.
This consent will remain in force until you cancel your membership with Film Address or have your membership revoked by Film Address
